October is one of the busiest times in downtown Nashville and hotel rooms are limited. We will not be adding more rooms or an overflow hotel. Follow this link for hotels that had availability as of 10.1.
Exhibitor Information
Each exhibit space includes one 6′ black skirted tabletop, two chairs, and a wastebasket. The exhibit hall is located in a carpeted ballroom and foyer.
Exhibitor Load-In is Tuesday, October 20 from 2:00-7:00pm at the DoubleTree Downtown Nashville.
Load-Out begins Thursday, October 22 AFTER 10:00am. To ensure attendees have ample time to visit the exhibit hall, we ask that vendors wait until after the morning break has ended before dismantling their booths.
