Annual Meeting Registration
Registration for a TMEPA Member System or Associate Member includes admittance to all conference events for you and your spouse. Including the Exhibit Hall, the Welcome Reception, the Awards Luncheon, and the Thursday Evening Networking Reception with Exhibitors and Sponsors. Your spouse is also invited to attend the Spouse’s Breakfast on Thursday. Tickets to individual events are available to purchase for your additional guests, call the office, 615-373-5738 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Completing Registration, Payment Options and Confirmations
Please complete the form below indicating number of registrants. For payment make check(s) payable to TMEPA, use a credit card through the online registration, or ask for an invoice. Credit card/paypal payments will receive an email confirmation when the transaction is completed. For all other registrations, your confirmation is your invoice number.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Loews Vanderbilt and you are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible. The TMEPA rate is $234. Rates do not include taxes. Name Badges, Material Pick-up, and Additional Guests
Registration materials and name badges will available for pick up at the TMEPA registration desk at the hotel on Wednesday, July 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and again on Thursday, July 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Your name badge is your ticket to all meetings, meals and events, so attendees must wear one at all times.
All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed, faxed, or emailed to Susan Sherrill (see contact information below). Cancellations received on or before Monday June 10, 2098, entitle the registrant to a refund of the registration fee, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after Monday June 10, 2019, will not receive a refund, but attendee substitutions are permitted.

The Tennessee Municipal Electric Power Association (TMEPA) maintains the exclusive rights to designate any event, meeting, or session as open only and solely to TMEPA Regular Members (i.e. municipal electric power companies). A name badge is required for admittance to all events, meetings, or sessions, however, registering for the event, exhibiting or sponsoring the event, or wearing a name badge is not a guarantee of admittance and does not grant a right to admittance. TMEPA leadership and staff reserve any and all rights to limit any event, meeting, or session connected with any TMEPA meeting to only TMEPA Regular Members, and any non-Regular Member or anyone else can be removed. All travel arrangements, accommodations, and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the participant.
