We are excited to launch registration for the 2025 Spring E&O Conference! 

Booth selection is now open for All Members and Non-Members!
Platinum Members - booth selection opens January 15th - $650/booth
Gold Members - booth selection opens January 22nd - $700/booth
Silver Members - booth selection opens January 29th - $725/booth
Bronze - booth selection opens February 5th - $775/booth
Non-Members - booth selection opens February 18th - $950/booth
**All booths include 1 conference registration.  Additional attendees will be $300 for members, $500 for non-members.

All: Please see the Exhibit Hall Diagram to choose your booth. As we receive registrations, we will continue to update the Vendor List  so you can view the available booths left. We will email you directly your confirmed booth.

Non-Members: If you have not particpated previously in a TMEPA event, you will need to register your company first. There is no fee to register your company. Once you and your company are registered, you will use that log-in to add/register your attendees. 

Golf Tournament Registration and Golf Sponsorships are Available!
We will communicate additional sponsorship opportunities in the upcoming weeks, which will include meals, breaks, and digital sponsorships, along with some new opportunities!

Please note:  We do not bill through this website. Once registration is received you will be emailed an invoice via QuickBooks. You will have the choice to send in a check, pay by ACH link or Credit Card link. Please note that a credit card payment will incur an additional 2.8% fee.

All reservations made after February 28th will need to be made directly with the hotel by calling 901-684-6664.TMEPA rates may not be available after February 28th.
